I then attach to cut away backing and hoop them to put names on. I have a really big order that this slow process will kill me on and was looking to marrow the edges myself. so that I could use the quicky name tape hoop and then marrow the edges after name is centered and on tag

The only thing I was able to find that may help you is with a Serger machine. If you have one here are the instructions on how it is done.. Sorry but that is all I could find.

i would recommend going to a local tailor or embroiderer or calling one in a city and sending them a picture of what you want it’s a lot safer than going with an internet site.
